  • Provide physiotherapy services to clients in the community across Aged Care and NDIS.

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Employment Consultants and Rehabilitation Counsellors.
  • Champion independence, mobility, and wellbeing

About You:

  • Qualifications in Physiotherapy – AHPRA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-centred approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Contract Occupational Therapist

About The Role
We are seeking qualified and experienced Contract Occupational Therapists to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to clients across various settings, including NDIS, aged care, medico-legal, and occupational rehabilitation. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs and developing comprehensive & efficient reports (depending on the service requirement) in the required timeframe.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Min 3 years of  industry experience
  • Current ABN and insurances

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong  time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Contract WHS Consultant

About The Role
We’re all about making workplaces safer, healthier, and more productive. As a WHS Consultant, you’ll work with businesses across different industries, helping them navigate workplace safety, compliance, and injury prevention. Your expertise will guide our clients in creating safer work environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct WHS assessments, audits, and risk management reviews
  • Provide practical safety recommendations and compliance advice
  • Deliver WHS training programs
  • Work collaboratively with our clients to improve workplace safety culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 3+ years in WHS consulting or a similar role
  • Qualifications: WHS-related certification or diploma
  • Knowledgeable & Practical: You understand WHS legislation and know how to apply it in real workplaces
  • Great Communicator: Able to break down WHS concepts in a way that’s easy to understand
  • Proactive & Independent: You can manage your workload and work well with different clients

About The Role

  • Provide tailored rehabilitation and vocational counselling services to clients across iCare Workers Compensation, Lifetime Care, and NDIS.
  • Support clients to achieve their goals, enhance independence, and improve quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Employment Consultants and Rehabilitation Counsellors.
  • Deliver assessments (vocational, labour market analysis, transferrable skills analysis) and develop return-to-work plans.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including employers, insurers, case managers, and families.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counsellor with ASORC membership
  • Min 5 years of  industry experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-centred approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
