Graduate Program – Occupational Therapist

An exciting opportunity for new graduate Occupational Therapists looking to learn and expand their clinical skills in a wide variety of settings and within our multi-disciplinary team.

Working on predominately a NDIS caseload, we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic new graduate Occupational Therapists who are wanting to make a positive impact on people’s lives. You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, take initiative and enjoying working in a multidisciplinary team.

You will also have the opportunity to work in iCare injury management as well as expand on your clinical skills in all areas of Occupational Therapy.

We offer a structured mentoring and supervision program for the first 12 months to acclimatise to working full-time as an Occupational Therapist.

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy (OT), no more than 12 months from graduation
  • Current or pending APHRA registration
  • Driver’s licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • COVID vaccinations
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work well in a team environment and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

Occupational Therapist

Exciting Career Opportunity for Occupational Therapist in Liverpool or Parramatta, NSW!

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who is seeking to expand their clinical skills and work with our multi-disciplinary allied health team!

Working on a predominantly NDIS caseload, we are looking for a fun, energetic Occupational Therapist who has clinical experience and has a passion for working with people with disabilities.
You will have an enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude, likes to take initiative and you’re ready for a challenge!

You will manage a diverse caseload which involves providing one-on-one intervention, to running therapy programs, school visits, assessments, and parent and educator coaching / training.

We have an amazing team and dedicated administration support, so we are looking for that new team member to grow with us!

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • Current APHRA registration
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload of customers

The Role

As an Employment Consultant, you will partner with the Rehabilitation Consultant and assist individuals who have sustained an injury or illness to gain new employment.

  • Cold Calling to identify host employers to place job seekers.
  • Networking and creating a database of employers willing to host candidates
  • Travelling to varied locations within client areas to build relationships with host employers
  • Providing job skills training and developing resources for job seekers
  • Encourage and motivate job seekers through appropriate activities to help them find sustainable employment.

About You

  • 2 + years experience is preferred for this position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with labour market
  • Knowledge of the NSW Worker’s Compensation scheme is a bonus!
  • Have a genuine passion for helping people & you want to make a difference in their lives
  • Resilient and determined to persevere and achieve positive outcomes, even in challenging situations.

Physiotherapist

Exciting Career Opportunity for Part-time or Full-time Physiotherapist in Liverpool or Parramatta, NSW!

About The Role:

As a Physio, your day could include:

  • Managing a diverse, sustainable caseload that complements your strengths and provides you with opportunities to continue to grow and develop your skills. This includes traveling to client therapy sessions, diagnosing and assessing needs, designing and running therapy programs, advocating on their behalf, educating and recommending treatment options, documenting case notes and report writing
  • Liaising with support co-ordinators, local area co-ordinators, carers/family members, equipment providers, medical practitioners and community groups
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery within timeframes
  • Collaborating with the broader multi-disciplinary Skilled Health team.
