As of the 1st of October, amendments have been made to the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) legislation requiring everyone to be able to demonstrate duty of care in line with the WHS legislation.
Under the HVNL, everyone in the transport supply chain has a legal obligation to ensure breaches of road transport laws do not occur.
This is called the ‘Chain of Responsibility’ (CoR).
Learn how to become compliant with our CoR training:
- Define the chain Responsibility
- Understand the legal responsibilities and obligations of all parties/workers in the CoR.
- Understand your responsibility as a Senior Manager (Officer)
- Understand the risk management processes & systems that need to be implemented
On successful completion, learners will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Duration of course: 3.5 hours
*Minimum of 6 people required for onsite training.
