RTW Training with Skilled Health
Supporting a Safe and Successful Return to Work: Upcoming Training on May 5th
Creating a safe and supportive pathway back to work after injury or illness isn’t just good practice—it’s essential. A well-managed Return to Work (RTW) process reduces downtime, supports recovery, and ensures injured workers feel valued and engaged. But getting it right requires the right knowledge, skills, and confidence.
That’s why we’re excited to announce our upcoming Return to Work (RTW) Training course on May 5th, designed specifically for HR professionals, RTW coordinators, injury management staff, and team leaders involved in the RTW process.
Why RTW Training Matters
When done well, RTW planning helps reduce long-term absenteeism, improves employee morale, and supports compliance with workplace legislation. But it also brings challenges: navigating medical restrictions, managing modified duties, and coordinating communication between stakeholders.
Our RTW Training course equips participants with the tools and strategies they need to:
- Understand the legal obligations and responsibilities of employers and workers
- Develop and implement effective RTW plans
- Communicate clearly with treating practitioners and insurers
- Manage psychosocial risks and barriers to returning
- Support a sustainable and positive reintegration into the workplace
Whether you’re new to the role or looking to refresh your knowledge, this training offers practical insights and real-world scenarios to build your capability and confidence.
